Darren Ford is Vice-President of Professional Services (Consulting, Partner Services, Training and Custom Support) for Alterian in the UK and Asia-Pacific regions.
He has over 15 years' of software services experience across the globe, 9 years of which has been with Content Management solutions, responsible for teams of consultants delivering some of the world's largest and most prestigious Content Management projects.
Darren is devoted to leading a practice of professional Alterian Consultants and Trainers who deliver a premium service in the implementation of Alterian products and knowledge transfer to Partners and Clients, always focusing on Customer success and longevity. Alterian has almost 60 people within Professional Services (PS), mostly consisting of Senior Consultants, but also Practice Directors, Custom Support staff and Trainers, with our most experienced Senior and Principal resources having over 10 years of Alterian implementation and knowledge transfer experience.
With 3 young children, Darren does not get much spare time outside of work…… but given the opportunity you may see him tearing up a golf course (literally) or in the stands of Bath rugby club.
