Emma runs the Global Alterian Support teams. She is responsible for overseeing support and customer assistance across all product lines and geographies, and has extensive experience in managing enterprise solutions on a global basis. She is dedicated to ensuring support issues are recorded and resolved quickly and to agreed SLAs, and is instrumental in ensuring best practice is adhered to at all times.
Emma has 18 years' experience in IT Service Management, ITIL and service improvement projects. Prior to being appointed as Head of Global Support for the Alterian product range, Emma ran the global support teams for Mediasurface's Enterprise Content Management product Morello (now called Content Manager Enterprise Edition).
